About College
Established in the year 1998 by Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust, the College of Engineering (COER) Roorkee is a self-financed college of engineering located at Roorkee in Uttarakhand. The college is affiliated to the Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU), Dehradun and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Delhi. The COER aims at exposing the students to the world of new technology aimed at solving the problems faced by the society and world.
