About College
Government Polytechnic Kohima(GPK) was established in the year 1994 as Women’s Polytechnic catering only to girls but was later made co-educational in 2002 in order to accommodate both boys and girls. The Institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is governed by the State Council for Technical Education(SCTE), Under the Directorate of Technical Education, Nagaland.
