Himalaya Diwas may have been announced in response to the severe monsoon that hit the region in August 2010. About the Asian Cricket Council (ACC)
The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) is the continental governing body for cricket in Asia. It was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
