Meenakshi Ramaswamy Engineering College is the munificence on the part of the chairman Mr. Ramasamy Mudaliyar to establish the college with foresight that it would accrue multifarious benefits to the people who are in the low rung of the society – mired in ignorance and wallowing in stunted village economy. This college has been started with five courses and with 250 students. within the span of two years, the college has grown into an institution having in and around 950 students and with Ten U.G courses and Three P.G courses. The College is located 3 Kms away from Udayarpalayam on Trichy Highways in a salubrious and idyllic surroundings sprawling into many acres. The boon of the institution is having a 39 years experienced teacher professor in education field in Dr. R.Rajamanickam M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D. as the Principal to steer the courses of the college.
