Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-60,500/-with Grade Pay of Rs.5,600/- and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent residents of Assam.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must register his/ her name with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently.
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 to 21 years as on 01-01-2021 (i.e. the candidate must be born on or before 01.01.2003 and on or after 01.01.2000).
Age Relaxation: Category-wise upper age limit relaxation is as mentioned below
1. SC/ST(H)/ST(P): 5 (five) years
2. OBC/ MOBC: 3 (three) years
3. National and International sports person: 3 (three) years
Educational Qualification:
1. HSLC or Equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council.
2. In addition for the posts of Constable (Nursing), Nursing Diploma is necessary.
