BharatPe has appointed former SBI Chairman Rajnish Kumar as chairman of the board, the fintech startup said on October 12, 2021.
As the Chairman, Kumar will be responsible to:
- Mentor the BharatPe team in formulating short-term and long-term strategy
- Work closely with the board and executives on regulatory matters
- Advice and counsel the management on corporate governance
