ACI is a trade association of global airports. The airport service quality award is based on passenger surveys carried out to rate customer satisfaction on the day of travel. It covers over 30 performance indicators across key elements of a passenger’s airport experience such as ease of finding your way and dining offerings.
“The ASQ programme is the world’s leading airport customer experience measurement and benchmarking programme. This recognition is based on live research via surveys gathered at the airport — direct from the traveller — rating their satisfaction on the day of travel,” DIAL said in a release on Monday.
