Dharmadam constituency: The district of Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan just set a new record. It has grown to be the sole electoral constituency in India with libraries in each of the wards. The Dharmadam constituency of Chief Minister Vijayan is the first comprehensive library constituency in India. Out of the total 138 wards in the constituency, there were no libraries in 63 wards. Dharmadam reached the achievement with the opening of libraries in these wards too.
