DME Assam Recruitment 2021 – 9 Manager, LDA & Other Vacancy

Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has released a notification for the recruitment 9 vacancy for setting up of Project Management Unit (PMU) for JICA funded “Assam Health System Strengthening Project”.

1.

Educational Qualification:

1. Post Graduate in business management, engineering, construction management
2. Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in project management, project planning, construction management, PPP, public policy etc
3. Experience of managing health/urban infrastructure is desirable
4. Should have experience of procurement of good and services
5. Experience of PPP projects desirable
6. Experience in the preparation of feasibility reports, the detailed project report is highly desirable

7. Familiar with MS Office and Internet

Remuneration Range: Rs. 90000 to Rs.120000

2.

Educational Qualification:

1. MCom /MBA (Finance) /CA /ICWA or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in budgeting, accounting, financial management for large scale programmes/projects
3. Experience of working in Government programmes or externally aided projects preferred
4. Must be computer literate, knowledge of Tally software will be an added advantage
5. Exceptional degree of integrity, judgement and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material
6. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language

Remuneration Range: Rs. 60000 to Rs. 90000

Educational Qualification:

1. MBBS /MD from any recognized institute or university
2. Should have five years of professional work experience at the state and national levels in planning, programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of technical cooperation programmes related to Health. Professional work experience in a managerial position or a technical expert position in managing/assessing health infrastructure at the state / national level will be an asset.
3. Should have experience in assessing requirements of hospital / diagnostic equipment as per latest technology available
4. Should have experience in functionality assessment of hospital / diagnostic equipment
5. Should have extensive experience in emerging technology in healthcare management
6. Experience of working in Government programmes or externally aided projects preferred
7. Must be computer literate, knowledge of Tally software will be an added advantage
8. Exceptional degree of integrity, judgement and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material
9. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language

Remuneration Range: Rs. 60000 to Rs. 90000

4.

Educational Qualification:

1. Post Graduate Degree in IT / MCA /MTech (IT) /MBA (IT) / Post Graduate Degree in Data Analytics
2. Should have minimum of 5 years experience in the IT domain especially in preparing IT strategy, e-governance, rolling IT implementation, system integration, MIS, data analytics etc.
3. Should have experience in procurement of IT / large scale government project
4. Experience of working in Government programmes or externally aided projects preferred

Remuneration Range: Rs. 60000 to Rs. 90000

5.

Educational Qualification:

1. Graduate in Civil Engineering from any AICTE approved institute or university
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant post-Educational Qualification experience preferably in design, supervision, project management in building, urban infrastructure projects
3. Experience of working in health infrastructure projects will be an additional Educational Qualification
4. Experience of working with infrastructure projects of the externally aided funded projects is desirable
5. The applicant must be computer literate and has to be well-conversed with MS Office package / AUTOCAD etc.
6. Experience in project management software packages like primavera, MS-project will be added advantage
7. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language

Remuneration Range: Rs. 60000 to Rs. 90000

Educational Qualification:

1. Post Graduate in Social Sciences/Business Management / Human Resource / Personnel Management
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Developing projects in CB / training including developing, conducting, coordinating and managing training programmes in Government / reputed corporate entity
3. Experience in preparation of training modules/sessions plans, conducting training need analysis highly desirable
4. Experience in working in health sector projects is desirable
5. Experience in the preparation of reports and documents is highly desirable
6. Familiar with MS Office and Internet

Remuneration Range: Rs. 60000 to Rs. 90000

7.

Educational Qualification:

1. Graduate in Civil Engineering from any AICTE approved recognized institute or university
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant post-Educational Qualification experience preferably in design, supervision, project management in building, urban infrastructure projects in Government / reputed corporate entity
3. The applicant has to be computer literate and has to be well-conversed with MS Office package / AUTOCAD etc.
4. Experience in project management software packages like primavera, MS-project will be added advantage
5. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language

Remuneration Range: Rs. 30000 to Rs. 50000

8.

Educational Qualification:

1. Graduate in Commerce from a recognized institute or university
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant post Educational Qualification experience in budgeting, financial management, accounts and audit in Government / reputed corporate entity
3. Candidates working in similar capacity in Government projects / PSU / Externally aided projects will be given preference
4. Experience of working with Tally software
5. Sound knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST and other taxation matters
6. Exceptional degree of integrity, judgement and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material
7. Must be computer literate, knowledge of Tally software will be an added advantage
8. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language

Remuneration Range: Rs. 25000 to Rs. 30000

9.

Educational Qualification:

1. Graduate in any stream from a recognized institute or university
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant post Educational Qualification experience in Office Administration / File Management / Office Correspondence with Government Projects
3. Exceptional degree of integrity, judgement and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material
4. Must be computer literate, knowledge of Tally software will be an added advantage
5. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language

Remuneration Range: Rs. 25000 to Rs. 30000
