Kalyan Jewellers board announced that former CAG Vinod Rai to be appointed as the chairman and independent non-executive director of the board. Vinod Rai served as the 11th Comptroller and Auditor General of India. Founder of Kalyan Jewellers, TS Kalyanaraman will continue as MD on the company’s board.
