FPSB India appoints Krishan Mishra as CEO: Krishan Mishra has been appointed CEO of the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) of India, effective August 1, 2023. FPSB India is the Indian subsidiary of FPSB, the global standards-setting body for the financial planning profession and owner of the international Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification program.

Mishra’s new responsibilities include leading FPSB India’s strategy and operations, as well as championing the expansion of the financial planning profession in India. Mishra has over 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles, including Becker Professional Education’s Country Head-International Business (India and South Asia), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants’ Head of North and East India, and HCL Infosystems’ Regional Head (East) and Business Head-Channel Business.
