About College
In pursuance of this Department of higher Education launched a scheme namely “Sub-mission on Polytechnic” for establishment of new Polytechnic in the District, where there is no Polytechnic College. The Government of India has also sent a list of District which have been identified for providing assistance to the State Government for opening the polytechnic Colleges in the Government for opening the Polytechnic Colleges in the Government sector in 7 districts in Tamil Nadu viz., Theni, Thiruvarur, Villupuram, Thiruvannamalai, Dharmapuri, Karur and Perambalur.
