About College
Government Polytechnic College, Sankarapuram is one of the seven polytechnics founded in 2013 as announced by the CM of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Rule 110. It was initially functioning in the Government Boys Higher Secondary School Campus, Sankarapuram. Later, it was shifted to the present own place which is situated at 2 km from the Central Bus Stand, Sankarapuram, on the Poikunam Road.
