Hero Motocorp Board appoints Niranjan Gupta as CEO: The Board of Directors of Hero MotoCorp announced the appointment of Niranjan Gupta as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 1. Gupta, who is currently the CFO and Head of Strategy and M&A, will be promoted to the new position. Meanwhile, Pawan Munjal will remain the Executive Chairman and Whole-time Director on the Board.
