People are the center of any organization’s success, without them, the right initiatives cannot be implemented successfully. People are a nation’s greatest resource. It is people with their skills and abilities that turn them into ‘resources’. Hence, human resource is the ultimate resource.
A nation undergoes generational change every few years, but it depends on how its people are nurtured and trained to fit into the ever-changing needs of that particular generation.
