Human resources is a general term for the human labor and skills available to accomplish a task. In terms of business, human resources are the employees of an organization. The term also applies to other areas such as government or education.
Human resources are the most valuable resource of any organization. Apart from this, there are many other resources that an organization uses to form a functional organization. The main aspects that can be identified in any structure of an organization are its finances, physical resources and human resources. All of these are required to maintain the order of the organization.
Human resources development refers the improving the quality of people’s skill so that they are able to create more resources.
