
The Indian Navy has launched its second frigate under Project 1135.6, known as ‘Tavasya’, at Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL). This warship is engineered for multi-role combat, excelling in air, surface, and underwater operations. This event marks a crucial step towards India’s self-reliance in warship construction, in line with the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
