The Kolkata International Management Institute (IMI) was established in 2010 and is the first company-sponsored business school in India. The university is AICTE approved and accredited and was ranked 52nd in Indian Business School by NIRF in 2020. Admission to the PGD M course is based on CAT / GMAT / XAT entrance test scores, followed by WAT and PI. The business school also offers doctoral degrees. FPM-level courses and candidates are shortlisted based on the Research Aptitude Test (RAT) and the university’s PI scores.
