She has smashed her own record at the 61st National Open Athletics Championships at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru. Her record of 12.82s made her amongst the top 10 fastest in Asian athletics history. She had won the same event in the National Games in Gandhinagar in a time of 12.79 seconds.
