Land, soil, water, are the resources that belong to abiotic resources and are the most important resources. Soil is the covering of the earth’s surface made up of minerals and organic matter. It supports life by providing food, protection, raw materials, habitat for animals and other organisms.

Natural vegetation and wildlife resources come under biotic resources. Biotic resources are often termed as renewable resources. Renewable resources are those which are replenished by natural process in finite manner.

The natural sources of the circulating funds include natural habitats, unexploited fish reserve etc. Whereas, in renewable source of energy, wood fuel is used in place of fossil fuel. Biotic resources provide us with food, water, fibre etc. in an ecosystem.
