Sahitya Akademi Awards 2021 have been announced on December 30, 2021. The awards are given as a recognition of the literary efforts of authors and writers of India in the 22 languages mentioned in the Constitution. The Sahitya Akademi Award winners of Gujarati, Maithili, Manipuri, and Urdu languages will be announced at a later date.
