| Technical Officer | B.E./B. Tech. relevant Engineering Discipline or equivalent with 55% marks from recognised university. M. Lib. Sci. OR MCA or MBA. | 30 years |
| Sr. Technical Officer | B.E./B. Tech. (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent with 55% marks from a recognized university with five years combined experience. | 40 years |
