Purvashi Oil & Gas Ltd (POGL), a public limited company, formed by a group of professionals constituted POGL Development Group, work for HRD, Skill Development of International Standard and establish mega revenue earning project for growth, employment and entrepreneurship development globally. A constituent of professionals from various spheres like oil, gas, solar, agriculture, land reclamation, infrastructure, trade, tourism, finance, international relations and economist, the group has been working primarily for socio-economic development of NE region by involving with people, universities and institutions.

Courses
Courses of POGL: The faculties of POGL courses are industry and academic experts. Faculties are also developed under ‘Training for trainer’ programme. Job training is at industries to make people employable. The courses are for 10+2. Bachellor Degree, Engineers and Master Degree Holders under Gauhati University , IGMOU and MGU

6 month Certificate, 1 year Diploma, Advanced Diploma, 2 year Associated Degree in more than 100 skill development courses. 3 year Bachelor Degree after 10+2 and 1 year PG Diploma and 2 year Master Degree courses after Graduation. Short courses, seminars and workshops are organized in all subjects. For career progression the industry workers are eligible to undertake career progression courses while working including DGMS approved safety courses. The training is offered online, providing course material, through e-mails and class room teaching at their work places. Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) is the priority for POGL Development Group and courses conducted for industry workers.
Placement: All eligible skilled students are assured placement in industries being run by POGL Development Group. So far more than 90% PG students for the last 6 years have been placed. PG and bachelor courses are conducted under universities.
