Rajeev Polytechnic has got the guidance of Dr. H.S Ningappa who has got an experience of 46 years, out of which he involved in the innstitution development for 26 years. Mr. M.R. Shankaregowda, Who has got 19 years of experience in the technical field is working as principal and the institution has been able to achieve the objective of imparting technical education to the students through qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty.
