The previous Procurement Manual of DRDO was last modified in 2016. Its objective is to encourage more participation of Indian industry, including Start-ups and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Defence Research & Development (R&D) for achieving ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’.
