Ramgarh Vishdhari Tiger Reserve:

Ramgarh Vishdhari Wildlife Sanctuary was designated a tiger reserve on 5th July 2021 as it was granted in-principle approval by NTCA. It was given a status of wildlife sanctuary in 1982 under a state act named Rajasthan Wild Animals and Birds Protection Act, 1951. It is situated in Bundi district of Rajasthan.

It has a core area of 481.9 square kilometres and a buffer area of 1019.98 square kilometres. Mez River, a tributary of Chambal River, runs through this tiger reserve. The total population of tigers in this reserve is five consist of a male tiger, a tigress and three newly born cubs.
