Explanation: The Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shri Anurag Thakur inaugurated the first edition of the Himalayan Film Festival, organised at Leh, in Ladakh from September 24 to 28, 2021. The five-day-long film festival has been organised by the administration of Union Territory of Ladakh in collaboration with the Directorate of Film Festivals (DIFF) and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
