The second India-Myanmar bilateral Army exercise named 'IMBEX 2018-19'
commenced at Chandimandir military station in Haryana on 14 January 2019.
The aim of this joint training event is to train the Myanmar delegation for
participation in UN peacekeeping operations.
The exercise includes participation of 15 officers from Myanmar Army and 15
officers from Indian Army
The US-Ireland Alliance has announced that the veteran actress Glenn Close will
receive the 'Oscar Wilde Award' on 21 February 2019.
She will receive the award at the 14th Annual Oscar Wilde Awards.
She also won the 2018 Golden Globe award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture

Where will the 'Aero India-2019' be held from 20-24 February 2019?
Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launched a newly designed web page for
‘Drone Olympics’ (https://aeroindia.gov.in/Drone) on 28 December 2018.
The event is scheduled to be held at ‘Aero India – 2019’ from 20-24 February 2019 at
Air Force Station, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
The web page is open for registration of UAV players interested in taking part in the
maiden event of Aero India.
