Pasang Dawa Sherpa, better known as Pa Dawa, reached the summit of Mount Everest for the 26th time, equaling another Nepalese guide's record. The 46-year-old accomplished this accomplishment while accompanied by a Hungarian climber. According to the Himalayan Database, which documents mountaineering achievements in Nepal’s Himalayas, Pa Dawa had previously climbed Everest 25 times, including two ascents in 2022.
