Be a person of ability, integrity, and standing and have adequate knowledge and experience of at least ten years in dealing with problems relating to Economics, Law Commerce, Accountancy, Industry Public Affairs or Administration.

General Conditions – DCF Assam Recruitment 2019 – District Consumer Forum Assam:
The selected candidates for District Consumer Forums (DCF) will be appointed for a period of 5 (five) years of service or up to 65 years of age whichever is earlier.
All these appointments are subject to fulfillment of the provisions of section 10 of the consumer protection Act. 1986 (Act No. of 1986) and the Assam State Consumer Protection Rules, 1989 and Assam State Consumer Protection (Amendment) Rules, 2010
The nature of the posts will fail under the section 10 (2) and 10 (3) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (Act No.68 of 1986) and Rule 2 of the Assam State Consumer Protection (Amendment) Rules, 2010.
