The Mizoram Public Service Commission is the State Public Service Commission is provided under Article 315 of the Constituion of India to have a Public Service Commission to be consulted by the State Government on the matters of appointment to Civil Services and posts under the Government of Mizoram. Bureaucracy and development; Strong state versus the market debate; Impact of liberalisation on administration in developing countries;

Unit II : Personnel Administration:
