A A person to be choosen as a member of a Panchayat shall be of 25 years of age
B A person on attaining the age of 21 years is eligible to be choosen as a member of a Panchayat
C All questions of disqualifications shall be referred to such authority as the State Legislature determines
D A person is disqualified under any law made by the State Legislature
